Itinerary

Upon arrival in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, you will be welcomed by a representative and escorted to your hotel. Baku, the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan, is a low-lying city with coastline along the Caspian Sea. It's famed for its medieval walled old city, which contains the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, a vast royal complex, and the iconic stone Maiden Tower.Check-in at your hotel followed by lunch. Late afternoon you will proceed on a short drive around the city followed by dinner at an Indian restaurant.Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast we will organize the set up the conference hall of the hotel for an award function with Tea/Coffee and cookies. We also set up a stage along with a microphone with podium.After the awards function, we will proceed for lunch at an Indian restaurant. After lunch we will enjoy a half day city tour of Baku. Begin the tour of Baku by first visiting Highland Park. There you will have a panoramic view of Baku Bay from the highest point of the city. You will then move onto National Flag Square that is one of the highest flag points in the world, home to the Azerbaijani flag. The next stop is Seaside Park (Baku Boulevard). The Boulevard is a promenade and national park that runs parallel to Baku's seafront, popular for taking in views of the Caspian. After viewing the Caspian, see Shirvanshahs` Palace, the biggest monument of the Shirvan-Absheron branch of the Azerbaijan architecture, situated in the Inner City of Baku. The complex contains the main building of the palace, Divanhane, the burial-vaults, the shah's mosque with a minaret, Seyid Yahya Bakuvi's mausoleum, a portal in the east - Murad's gate, a reservoir and the remnants of the bath-house. Maiden Tower is next up. Known locally as Giz Galasi, located in the Old City, Baku, in Azerbaijan, was built in the 12th century as part of the walled city. Then Juma Mosque located in the historic Icheri Sheher, the mosque has been rebuilt several times. The final stops are Double Gates, Bazar Square, Caravan Saray before being returned to your hotel. We will then proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant and then return to the hotel.Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast we will proceed on a Gobustan & Mud Volcano Tour. At arrival to Gobustan located in the outskirts of Baku, you will be surprised with brand new, modern and very informative museum. After visiting the museum you will see the actual petroglyphs of Gobustan. We can proudly say that this is going to be the oldest thing that you’ve ever seen in your life. We will then head for mud volcanoes and on the way we’ll see the roman inscription from 1th century which was left there by emperor Domitianus army. Off-road driving will be finished by climbing the mountain by car to reach the volcanoes. Once you are here you’ll be surprised that the landscape looks like that on moon and the volcanoes are extremely cold.  After exploring the territory, taking the pictures, observing how bubbles of mud comes out from the ground and flowing down, we’ll head back to the city. Lunch at an Indian restaurant. Evening at leisure for shopping in the market area. Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel and check out of your rooms.After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Mumbai.

Payment an be made by Credit/ Debit Card , Net banking, Cheque or DD in favour of " Diverse Inspirations LLP". a Non refundable Advance booking amount of INR5000 is must to book the tour. 100% tour cost to be paid 45 days before commencement of the tour.  For Any booking with in 45 days of tour date, 100% tour cost to be paid. For domestic tours ( within India) if the tour cost is less or equal to INR25000 PP than 100% amount has to be paid for booking the tour.
